Northwest Montana Road Trip

This was one of the most special trips yet. My best friend from middle school made the journey across the country to see me- and the beautiful scenery that the west coast has to offer. We decided on Glacier due to the limited amount of time. It was an unforgettable adventure. We started off at the Spokane airport and hit the road, through Idaho, and to the Hungry Horse Reservoir in Montana. The campsite we found was, without a doubt one of of my all-time favorites. It so secluded and had great views of the water and mountains. A curious, young deer kept visiting us at our campsite which made it the best experience.

Exploring Glacier's Wonders

With three full days to catch up on lost time, we cherished every moment together, immersing ourselves in the beauty of our surroundings. We first ventured to West Glacier, marveling at the serenity of being deep in the woods, with no one else around.

The following day, a rainy start gave way to a shining sun as we made our way along the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road. Although fleeting, the magical moment perfectly encapsulated the wonder of our adventure.
